To start the process, you will first need to complete our application request form. Click here to download the form. Once the form is complete, mail it or bring it to one of our monthly chapter meetings, along with your check or money order for $50.00 made payable to the "VSUAA-DC Chapter".
As soon as your request form and payment is received and processed, we will send you the required MVA application along with further instructions for completion.
Your plates will be mailed to your home address within two weeks of our receiving your MVA application. It's that easy!
